Nael Ahmed

Managing Partner, Strategy & Commercial

Nael brings more than 30 years of business leadership: ten years as CEO of Abudawood Trading Company, more than four years as a country manager with Reckitt Benckiser after serving as a director there, and earlier a director at Pepsi Cola International. He has led turnarounds, built strong teams and shaped cultures where people do their best work, and as CEO he and his team returned a loss-making business to profit and more than tripled its revenue. He has sat in the client's chair, answerable to a board for results, so he knows what owners and leadership teams need from a transformation: a clear business case, honest progress and results that hold. At StackSoul he makes sure technology serves the business and the people who run it.
